What clear stain do you use? Its been install for about 36 days now and its already fading.
Hi Brian, thank you for the question. We use Helmsman Water-based Spar Urethane in Satin sheen as our clear coat, with 3 coats total.
The answer to is a vernier says engineered wood and solid core. That doesn’t answer the specific question about a vernier surface to me?
Hi there, thank you for the question. Our panels are solid knotty alder wood. The stiles and rails are made of engineered knotty alder wood with a thin knotty alder veneer on top. This helps prevent warping.
Is there an interior version of this door?
Hi Seana! Unfortunately, we currently do not offer this door style as an interior door.
Are the glass panes actually separate individual panes or one piece of fixed glass?
The glass panes are separate panes.

Is this door solid Alder or a veneer?
This door is made with engineered alder with a solid core to prevent warping.
What is the thickness of the glass panels?
Glass panels are 5/8" thick.
What is the dimension of the opening for the glass? In case I want to pull out the paneled glass and replace with one solid glass insert.
The dimension is 22-3/16" wide x 51-5/8" tall. It generally isn't recommended to replace the glass and doing so will void the warranty.
