Ineffective
I saturated the area I needed treated for over 24 hours with this product, as it was not working after the first couple of applications. Not only did this product not remove the concrete residue from my house windows, but it ate away at the glazing putty around the edges of the window, and thus destroyed the paint around the edges. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I purchased a truck owned by a concrete contractor, needless to say it was covered in dried concrete. Product works like a charm! Followed the instructions and years of caked on concrete wiped right off the truck with no damage to the paint or trim! Love the stuff! I highly recommend this product!

This Multipurpose Concrete Remover, Dissolver is really quite amazing. It melts away cement! I had cement splatter from when a cement slab was poured last summer. I thought at the time that it would come right off my vinyl siding, boy was I wrong! It was stuck on like glue! I tried scraping it, but that left marks, nothing I tried worked, but this stuff sure did! I asked a few questions on the HD website about how to prep for using this product, which were answered (thanks HD!), my concerned was I didn't want the product to drip on the new concrete, I was told to wet the cement patio down & cover it with plastic before I started spraying the product on the vinyl. I used it on a calm day in the morning before it got too hot and then watched in amazement as the dissolver did it's thing. It does take awhile and it's not instantaneous...Some places I had to reapply the product a second time. Once the cement came off I noticed that under the splatter the vinyl had changed color, this was not the products fault rather the cement did it, I was able to wash & scrub the vinyl down later with a house wash and the difference in color was not as noticeable. Make sure to read the directions, & cover yourself correctly including gloves, face protection AND safety glasses.

I tried this concrete remover/dissolver on a old piece of 2 by 4 I had laying around. The concrete on the board was probably 10 years old. The spray foamed up when hitting the concrete and clearly began dissolving it. After a minute or two I brushed the 2 x 4 with a wire brush and washed the board with a hose. I was able to remove much but not all the concrete even with two application of the spray. Some of the concrete was "imbedded" in the board were the spray wasn't able to reach it. I believe this wouldn't be an issue on a hard surface like metal or brick

We neeed to get some concrete removed from a drain pipe that my husband needed to cut near the base. I sprayed it on, waited a few minutes, and got it all off with a pumice stone. The concrete had been on the pipe 19 years!

If it is desired to remove a thin layer of concrete or if used differently than what I wanted it to do, then this product will work. If the concrete is thicker than 1/32”, then another product might be better. I was given some boulders that had been used in a rock wall for more than 30 years. Hence, the concrete was well dried. Except for the globs of concrete, the boulders were attractive enough for landscape decorations. Spraying the concrete, foaming did occur as the manufacturer stated. After waiting 30 minutes, there was enough looseness in the surface of the concrete that I could brush off some dust with a stiff plastic bristled brush. Another application and waiting again gave the same results. Some of the concrete to be removed was up to an inch thick. Removing a layer of dust, each time, could take weeks. I tried two successive applications during the same day and two applications the same day with a third application the next morning. Still just a layer of dust to brush off. I had to resort to chiseling the concrete off. Afterwards, using the product to remove the remaining concrete stain does work. Some boulders required more than one application in order to remove the stain. This was my first and only time use of the product. This is no miracle product but has some use. Hence, an average rating.

This was ONLY product out of 5 I tried that worked to actually dissolve new concrete splattered onto house siding. Two things, however, cause me to rate it Good (4 stars) and not quite Excellent (5 stars). Note, by the time I tried Kleen Krete the splattered concrete had been on the siding for 7 days. 1. You must allow the spray to remain on the siding "concrete spots" for at least 20 minutes before scraping (be careful not to scratch the siding paint) or using a hard bristle brush. 2. I had to apply Kleen Krete 5 times over several days to get 99% of the spots off the siding. Each time required fairly hard brushing. 3. Directions should recommend using a plastic tarp on the new concrete that was recently poured under where you are spraying Keen Krete. The dissolved concrete becomes a white liquid for a short time that can drop a white stain on your new concrete. Strong soap, water and hard brushing gets rid of the white.

                Worked as advertised
Our vehicle had dried on concrete down the passenger side from a highway project during a trip in 2016 and i have tried every imaginable internet hack to remove it. Finally, four years later, i through all caution to the wind and used the Kleen Krete product which stated it could be used "safely" on a vehicle. I tried the 30 minute application but only had marginal success. The overnight application worked amazing and using my power washer i removed 99% of the concrete. A few spots were left that required another application. There was no damage to the finish and after applying a wax finish it looks like it is brand new. Thanks Kleen Krete for a product that works.

This product actually worked. I sprayed on the hard cement that I couldn't remove, left on for several hours (only because I forgot about it). Used a scraper and the cement came off, it had softened. Really good product!
