Doesn't lay flat. Definitely was rolled wrong. Should have had the pattern shown not the backing. Any suggestions
This rug was likely rolled with the backing facing out instead of the patterned side. This can sometimes happen during packaging and shipping. To get it to lay flat, try reverse rolling the rug tightly (pattern side in), then letting it sit for a few hours or overnight. This should help relax the fibers and encourage it to lay flat. You can also try laying heavy objects on the corners or edges for a day or two to help flatten it further.
What colors are in the black brown rug?
