Ordered the spot light to illuminate my areca palm tree at night. The light comes fully assembled with a nickel finish, large solar panel, and mounting peg. It is easy to operate manually with an on/off button that cycles through 5 white and 8 additional colors when pressed. After a color is manually selected the light stays on for 20 seconds then turns off during the day, or stays on for 6 hours at night. I also ordered the optional remote control that was easy to pair with the unit, and adds the capability to adjust brightness, set alternate run times of 2, 4, or 8 hours, and control other compatible groups of lights within 100 feet through a wireless connection. The remote is very responsive, operates the light well from 100 feet away, and includes a nice mounting plate that attaches magnetically. I like the durable construction with the large solar panel that adjusts to various angles to best catch sunlight. Also like the multiple white colors to match other outdoor lights, and the 8 other colors available to match or create different moods. The responsive remote adds even more capability.

Summary: easy assembly, easy startup, easy programming. Easy easy easy: for something that could easily be complicated, Feit did a good job keeping this simple. Pull the battery compartment tab and the cover off the solar panel: ready to use. Hold the single button three seconds, wait for the flash, press the button you want on the remote: paired, just like that. The lighting settings can be made through just the light fixture, but the remote makes it a LOT easier, plus gives you some extra programming capabilities, I think, like making groups (you can also download a smart device app). Super cool about this is it links to its siblings, and the 100' range applies to every light, so you can string five lights out each 100 ft apart in a 400' line and they will all talk and turn on/off with the same command. What a super convenient way to get lights around your property, on your house, in your landscaping, out at the gate, along the fence…the possibilities are intriguing. But in bulk and get your property lit easy and without running a single wire.

I have used many solar landscape lights over the years but this is by far the highest quality unit I have ever had. The unit is well made and easy to install. A remote control can be purchase separately to make it easy to access it's various features. Aluminum construction should last for years and the color can be changed manually, using the app or with the optional remote. I am very pleased and will be purchasing several more to light the flower beds.

Okay this will take a while as there are so many features to this light. First off it is so well made, excellent quality not cheap plastic. Has many adjustments for the solar panel as well as the light so you can get the light exactly what you want it. The light itself has five shades of the white from a soft light White to a bright white. You also have a choice of eight different colors, red blue green purple Etc. Get rid of your old low voltage wired system and get this. No wires are needed you can connect all your lights to one group and have them operate together within 100 ft of each other. With the remote you can program up to six groups to operate independently and in whatever color you want so you could have different colors in different locations. Like I said you put these in their solar and don't require power so you don't have to run wires all over your yard and dig it up. You can also get a what's called a bridge and use it through an app or any of the voice commands available Apple Google Alexa All the Above. This is a simple Plug and Play landscape lighting setup. Absolutely amazed at the Quality in the engineering and thought that went into this. It is packed with features. No batteries no power no nothing all solar. They also have a great 3-year warranty what more could you ask for! Bring your yard or home to life with some lighting.

It is a good product for the outdoor lighting and has many options like solar panels which will wipe out the electricity bill, comes with the several color options which allows us to choose multiple light colors depending on the mood and occasion. The build quality appears sturdy, ensuring that the light can withstand different weather conditions. Can be easily accessible with a mobile application or a remote, I recommend this product.

This is a premium and well made landscape light that will add some lighting drama to any outdoor area. The housing is made of metal and has an adjustable solar panel so you can maximize the sun’s rays. It has a ground spike that locks into place with a turn so it will stay in place. There is a on/off covered button to scroll through your light color choice from 5 different whites to 8 colors which is great for seasonal changes or to add some lighting drama to your landscape. It automatically turns on at dusk and has an overall run time of approx 8 hours depending on the sun exposure. You can also purchase separately a remote control, an outdoor plug w/remote or the smart bridge for app/voice control. It gives off a really strong light at 100 lumens either in white or colors and even looks attractive for a solar light. Use one or several to illuminate your yard/landscape and make your home stand out from the rest.

Right out of the box I was extremely pleased with this item. It was heavy and made mostly of metal and felt to be really good quality. Following the instructions I charged it for two full days prior to ever using. Then I was excited to get this installed. I wanted to use this as an uplight under a tree in my yard. I took the bottom stake that attaches to the light and inserts into the ground out of the box and was surprised to discover that it was made of plastic. That worried me a bit as I was afraid of it breaking. We have clay soil so I took some extra time to shovel up the area where I wanted to install to get this in the ground without breaking the stake. I was able to cycle through the different light options until settling on my preference. Then the light worked like a charm for about two weeks. Then out of the blue it just. stopped. working. I tried everything I could think of, moving it to a more well lit area during the day, etc. I started going out every evening after it got dark to try to get the light in. I push the button to uncle through the light options and settle on the one I want and then the light will only remain on for a few seconds and shut off. I searched through instructions for help and wasn’t able to find a solution, I searched online and still couldn’t find a fix. I even reached out to the manufacturer through their website for help and never even received a response. I had high hopes for this product at unboxing but those crashed and burned in only a couple of weeks, so disappointed.

I like this light. The light and solar panel are sturdy and well made. The stake is plastic. I had to be careful not to bank the stake into rocks (we have rocky soil). The light has a manual bottom on the bottom that cycles between 5 white colors, and 8 colors - 13 different light tones emitted. There three degrees of freedom on the solar panel holder, so you can stake the light in any are and point the solar panel at the sun. My light faces west and my solar panel faces south. Blue is the the darkest color, the rest are much brighter. I have the light shining on a flag as we get used to the features. I will probably invest in either a remote control or smart plug/app. The thing is, these lights can be connected together up to 100 feet apart. So you can connect more and add all orange lights, for instance, to a group. You can have six groups of multiple lights. As long as the remote control or app are within 100 ft of one device, the signals are sent wireless to all other lights. I am book smart on this as I didn't know this was a feature. But super intriguing. Really goo product from Feit.
