Mr. Heater Infrared Space Heater
Mr Heater really cheaped out putting garbage plastic casters on this heater. You would have thought for this price point they would’ve opted for at least good quality wheel casters. Their customer service is not at all concerned with customer retention. I bought two of these and I will never buy this brand again because of the subpar Customer Service who is not at all concerned about your satisfaction with their cheaply made products.

Stickers Ruined Finish
Heater works ok so far, but I was disappointed when slowly peeling off a sticker from the top of the unit ripped the finish off. I don’t think I’d normally care but these units are part of whatever room you put them in and are on display. I thought it was just adhesive but after trying to remove it, it actually removed the finish. Plenty of places to put a sticker like that, under, on the back, etc. I can sand it and stain but is that something you want to be doing with a brand new unit?

Best supplement for heating oil
I live in a raised ranch with steel siding. Oil heat. Oil hot water.
Last year during February, oil was $5.50/gal from my cheapest source, and I was going through $1000 a month.
I knew my town has cheap electric and my options were to get a mini-split, or find another option.
Enter Dr. Heater.
On ECO Mode at 68 degrees default, the unit kicks on every 15 min or so, and my baseboards barely kick on.
This heater warms the building materials and does it without roasting the air. Just buy it.

Portable Dr. infrared heater
As good as it gets. Truly delighted with the temperature on off on the eco-setting. Does a fabulous job of creating heat in the space that I want. Highly recommend this heater. Great features small footprint.
