To my knowledge no tool is made to open a locked mail box, if so every thief in town would have one. You will have to call a locksmith, but the cost will most likelt exceed the cost of replacing the mail box. Mike

You will have to drill the existing lock out by using a drill with a size drill bit of 3/8'', put inside the key hole of the lock and drill lock will fall apart.
