Thank you for your interest in our products. Cleaning and restoring powder coated (painted) surfaces: Rinse the surfaces with clean water to remove all debris and grit buildup. Gently clean the surfaces with a mild soap and water. To remove stubborn blemishes or to help restore the original finish or color, use an automotive wax or a light lubricant such as WD40.
Is the mounting hardware included?

How well will this mailbox with stand the snowplow? We people who live in the cold rural regions really need the option for a mailbox that will hold up to a direct hit from the snow plow
No mailbox would stand up to a snow plow crash, just like none of them stand up to a car crash. Move the mailbox further from the street or have a health problem. Then you can install a wall-mount mailbox.
