We only have the one included but others are pretty universal and can be used in place of this to add more weight/higher pressure.

Can I use this on a glass-top electric stove?
This is a regular pot not the induction one so if it is a standard electric glass top stove it would work. This one only has the weight for 10psi, over that and you would need a different weight on the top to allow it to increase.
