I bought this Glacier Bay teapot bathroom faucet 20 years ago, I am including a photo as proof description says lifetime guarantee, how do I file a claim, Lexington Home Depot website said that I can have replacement delivered to the store

Is this appropriate for a sink that doesn't have an overflow opening?
Thank you. The drain assembly that comes with this faucet is made for a sink with an overflow so this will not be compatible with that application.
I need to replace the cold water cartridge. I am able to remove the handle, but how to I remove the cap covering the cartridge that sits just beneath the handle. It also says use cartridge RP20080, has this been replaced with an updated part number?
Thank you. The piece that is holding the cartridge in place is a nut that screws onto the base. To remove the cartridge, you will need to unscrew the nut and then the cartridge lifts up and out. Also, this unit comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty so if you need cartridges, simply contact the Home Depot Customer Service Department at 1-855-434-5224 and they can send you out a set, free of charge.
We have the exact same faucets except in brass which are now beginning to need new cartridges. I do not know the model number of our existing faucets. Will the cartridges for the chrome likely fit our brass?
