(13mm) below flooring and heating system should not allow floor surface temperature to exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit (29 degrees Celsius). Heating system should be operational for at least two weeks prior to installation to calibrate temperature settings. Flooring cannot be laid directly over radiant heating mats. Please consult with the radiant heat system manufacturer to ensure that the system is compatible with vinyl flooring.

Can I use blue sentinel as a underlayment
Thanks for your question. No, the only approved is Lifeproof underlayment. Any other type will void the warranty.
What is the difference in the 22 ML and the 30 ML
Thanks for your question. The only difference is the thickness of the wear layer.
Does this product require a moisture barrier installed under the flooring?
Thanks for your question. If your subfloor is concrete, you can use a 6 mil poly as a moisture/vapor barrier but it is not required. If your subfloor is wood, you should never use a moisture barrier on top
Installing i have tlie on the floor do i need to put something under there first
Thanks for your question. No, our planks can go directly on top of tile. You do need to make sure it's in good condition and follows the subfloor guidelines (flatness, moisture, etc.) but not additional underlayment is required or recommended. If the grout lines are larger than 1/4", they need to be filled in prior to install.
Is a moisture barrier required if installing over plywood sub floor?
Thanks for your question. You cannot use a moisture barrier over plywood. It can be used over concrete only, but it's not required.
Can this vinyl be glued down to concrete floor with moisture?
Thanks for your question. We do not recommend or warranty gluing this product down. You can use a 6 mil poly underneath as a moisture barrier but the concrete moisture must be less than 4% with an electric meter and/or less than 8 lbs with a calcium chloride test before the planks are installed. Excessive moisture underneath can cause mold and mildew issues.
