A problem solved!

We had a problem immediately after set up . The plastic sleeve split right down the seam. I see that others have had the same issue. It was disconcerting; but I have to say that Customer Service response was excellent. They were very responsive, kind and stayed on top of the problem until the replacement part was delivered. The umbrella is in use now; and it is wonderful. Thanks!

Returned after one week. On the 2nd usage, the plastic sleeve that holds up the umbrella split at the seam. Tell the manufacturer to make the sleeve out of steel or anything sturdy and maybe I'll buy the umbrella again.

I don't think I received a gray umbrella. It is more of a tan color, so that was disappointing.

Cheap, and that’s about all it’s got going for it. Feels low quality. I’d be surprised if it lasts two summers. Not stable, not a thick material.

This table looks okay, but very cheaply made & flimsy! We returned it!

Just OK. No major issues, but not impressive for the price.

This table looks like the picture and is generally functional and attractive. However, the fit-and-finish are mediocre. One of the pieces was slightly out-of-square, so there is a small visible "lip" at one of the seams where the fit should be flush. Generally, the seams between the leg pieces are quite noticeable. My package was also missing the allen wrench and some plastic wrap had been inadvertently screwed in between the composite planks and the frame -- minor issues, but suggestive of poor quality control. Overall, this table is just OK. I'd probably be quite happy if not for the issue of value -- it seems to be overpriced for what it is, but that could just be the new normal. For reference, the clearance space under the table is actually 17" tall, while my assembled table is slightly over 19" tall to the top of the table surface.

The base was missing the main pieces. Called customer service 5 days ago. Still have not sent the missing pieces for the base. I guess quality control is not their strong point.
