What is the weight of the king bed? If it comes in multiple boxes then the number of boxes and weight of each?
The Split King set is shipped in 4 separate boxes and includes: 2 Twin XL Adjustable Bed Frame boxes – approximately 96 lbs each 2 Twin XL 12-inch Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress boxes – approximately 44 lbs each Each Twin XL measures 38" × 80". When the two Twin XL bed frames and mattresses are placed side by side, they create a standard King size sleeping surface measuring 76" × 80", while allowing each side to adjust independently.
How long do assemble bed frame
Our Renanim adjustable bed frame is designed for quick and easy assembly. The bed frame usually takes less than 10 minutes to set up and does not require any special tools. The bed frame comes folded for easier carrying, and the mattress is vacuum-sealed in a separate package. Please note that the bed manual is included inside the bed frame packaging. You can also scan the QR code provided in the manual, which will direct you to the Renanim Adjustable Bed Installation Guide video. Once assembled, you can sync the remote with the bed frame and start using the bed frame adjustable features.
Does the split king come with a separate remote for each side or do the sides share the same remote?
The Renanim Split King consists of two separate Twin XL adjustable bed frames placed side by side. Each frame includes its own remote control, allowing each side to be adjusted independently. If you prefer both sides to move together, one remote can be paired to control both frames simultaneously, providing a more unified adjustment option.
What mobile app do you download for this? I can’t find it anywhere
You can download the mobile app by scanning the QR code in your Renanim user manual using your Android or iPhone. The QR code will take you directly to the RMControl app download page. After installing the app, you can follow the setup instructions provided there, and you may also refer to page 11 of the manual for the Bluetooth and app connection guide. Please note that the mobile app can only control one side of the bed at a time and cannot synchronize both adjustable bed frames into a single unit. How do you keep the frame and mattresses from sliding apart? I expected there to be hardware to attach the frames at the base
The Renanim adjustable bed frame comes with an included mattress rail. This rail helps keep your mattress securely in place, preventing it from sliding or shifting when you adjust the bed. Simply attach the rail at the base as instructed in the manual, and your mattress will stay perfectly in place. Additionally our mattress base and bed base cover is made of anti-skid material that securely keeps the items together.
How long does it take for the mattress to fully expand after opening the package?
Once opened, the Renanim mattress will begin expanding immediately. Please allow up to 72 hours for it to fully expand and regain its complete shape. For best results, we recommend placing the mattress in a warm room, as memory foam expands more quickly in warmer temperatures. In cooler conditions, it may take a little longer for the mattress to reach its full size and intended comfort level.
Does it come with both mattresses?
Yes, it does come with mattresses. This is a complete Renanim Split King bundle, which includes two Twin XL bed frames and two 12” Twin XL memory foam mattresses. One of the main benefits of a Split King setup is flexibility and comfort. Each side can function independently or be synced together, making it ideal for couples with different comfort or movement preferences. It also helps reduce motion transfer and allows each sleeper to move without disturbing the other.
