[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This firm mattress feels so comfortable.. It is like firm and soft at the same time.. I can say that me and my husband getting a good sleep every night using this mattress and my husband didn't complain having back/body pain since we started using this mattress.. My husband usually complaining having back/body pain before even without doing heavy work and wondering why.. My husband work at the hospital as a radiology tech, he once talked to he's friend doctor about it and that doctor suggested him to try a firm mattress.. My husband didn't take it seriously thinking it was just a joke & 2nd thing is we just bought our mattress 3 years ago and it's not cheap( I didn't know about these, my husband didn't tell me until we got this new firm mattress).. I like that this firm mattress didn't make me roll unlike my old mattress.. My husband is heavy, is like double of my weight.. So when he lay down he sinks in and it feels like I'm getting pull and roll to his side.. Also when I sleep on my back it doesn't feel hot unlike my old mattress that it makes me feel that my back was burning.. This is a great mattress, we love it and it's worth it!

I slept on the Serta Clark’s Hill Elite Plush Queen bed for two and a half weeks to make sure I was able to give a honest opinion. This mattress is in my guest room and I have had two guests that have slept on he mattress as well. They had positive reviews on the mattress. I have always chosen firm mattresses since I felt they offered more support for my back and neck. But then I slept on the Serta plush and couldn’t believe how fast I fell asleep and I woke up without any aches or pains. The Serta Hills mattress is a large mattress in heigh but it has so many different layers inside that make the mattress so fabulous. The mattress top has a PillowSoft Aire foam, next layer of PillowSoft foam, Cool Twist Memory foam, Cool Twist Gel foam, 805 individually wrapped coils that provide support. Serta Hills Elite Plush mattress hugs your body and provides airflow throughout the mattress. I was actually blown away with a more plush mattress Han my usual firm mattress.

I think the firmness is actually just right. I feel like I sleep better on this than my old softer mattress. And my back doesn’t seem to hurt as much in the morning which obviously is a huge plus. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a fan of Serta mattresses and this one did not disappoint! It has great support but is not firm. It is soft and very comfortable. I have back pain and mornings are always hard for me to get up and moving. Since I have switched to this mattress I do not wake up with any aches or pains! The mattress has a good thickness and my fitted sheet fits on it with ease. It is well made and the stitching shows it. I will be sticking with Serta for all my families bedding needs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is so amazing and by no means is that an exaggeration!! It literally feels like I am sleeping on clouds! I woke up so refreshed and just feeling amazing the first time sleeping on this and it has only gotten better. The mattress size is big, this is a big plus pillow top mattress so you will need the type of sheets that can fit all the way around it. I have a small box spring under it but honestly you could do without the mattress is big enough to just be on like a platform frame on its own. It is white with a nice design on the top that really makes it look premium and of great quality. It is a very nice looking mattress especially with the dark blue all the way around. It is so soft like literally a cloud, I feel like it just conforms to my shape almost like a memory foam mattress does. I did not feel my daughter moving next to me at night at all and usually I am woken up by this several times. I would highly suggest giving this mattress a try you will not regret it - so comfortable!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this mattress about a month ago and I absolutely love it. It is extremely comfortable. When you lay down the mattress sorta forms around your body, it feels like sleeping in the clouds. This is by far my favorite mattress I have ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first ever Serta mattress ever & I have to say it's been a wonderful experience so far. I have a queen Clark's Hill Elite Pillow top. It's much more plus then my previous Euro top mattress. This mattress surrounds you with support & pure comfort. It's been so nice to get into it & relax at night after a busy day & after hours sitting in my wheelchair. It has cooling gel it & when I reposition or roll I do feel the "cool spots" where I haven't laid for awhile. My cat loves the new bed too, he's a small 1 year old Seal Point Siamese & he is frequently napping on my bed now lol. I don't feel any springs & have felt nothing but luxury. I have slept the best in the last 8 days with this mattress than I have in years. I also wake up a lot less stiff with less aches & pains! This is a tall mattress, it's about 15" in total but it really is great! Regular queen sheets will fit the top of the mattress fine, but if you want the entire thing covered I'd recommend deep pocket sheets. If your looking for a very plush, cozy high & supportive mattress I recommend this one.

The top is very soft and you just melt into the bed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking for a new mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very soft and plush with a nice pillow top. This mattress replaced an all foam mattress that I felt I sunk into way too much. The first night my shoulder, which had been a problem from my former mattress, already felt better. Love it!
