How do u attach refill cleaning head to powe mop. I’m having trouble making it stick.
Thank you so much for your question Toby. To attach a refill cleaning pad to the Swiffer Power Mop, you need to remove the old refill pad from the mop head (if there was one), then, attach the new pad making sure that, the printed side of the pad is facing the bottom of the mop head. Use firm pressure to secure it in place. The white and purple strips of the pad should be facing the floor. Finally, make sure the mop head is clean, as dirt can prevent the pad from attaching properly. Have a nice day.
