A: The Sweeper XL head should have a component where the pole can be inserted into. To assemble our Sweeper XL, please follow these steps: -Screw the section of pole with a threaded end onto the sweeper head. -Find a section of pole with a hole in one end and a button on the other. -Push the end with the button into the pole that is attached to the sweeper head until the sections click together. You may need to turn the poles slightly for them to lock. -Add the next sections of pole in the same way. -Insert the blue handle into the final pole and click them together.
A: Our Dry and Wet cloths haven't been tested for use on concrete flooring. If the concrete is sealed, you can test first in a small, inconspicuous spot. If the concrete is rough, the cloths may not glide smoothly across the floor.
