A: Hello - This is not duct tape. This tape is specifically designed to stick securely and tear easily, making it quick and easy to prep buildings before the stucco process begins.

A: No. It is just as sticky, maybe even more, but it is a vinyl tape. Whereas duct tape will last a long time, this tape is more of a temporary barrier tape. I doubt it will adhere to as many surfaces as duct tape.
A: No. Not the same glue or backing. It didn't work for me on a stucco smooth finish (also called "texture" stucco finish) as it wouldn't stick for longer than about 5 minutes. Frog tape worked better than this, but still not what I wanted.
