Are these NIOSH approved, I don?t see a NIOSH stamp?
NIOSH is written in the middle of the writing to the right of the phone number. You need to enlarge the photo to see it. They are listed as approved mask if you look at the CDC site as being approved.
These are in the process of being discontinued and replaced by 8200. The 3M web site indicates the 8200 plus is NIOSH approved. When you look at their web site it appears it's not printed on their mask for the 8200 Plus or 8200
It's on the CDC list that it is approved. I looked at other sites that show the photos of 8210 Plus and they also don't have NIOSHA printed on them.

Will this prevent viruses
No, it will help filter some of the air you are breathing in and minimize the 'mist' that you add to the air when you cough or sneeze,
No respirator will filter a "naked" virus-they are too small. Viruses are so small, they must be observed with an electron microscope. This respirator WILL filter 95% of certain sized droplets of sneezes or coughs, which the viruses are mostly riding on.
