The first picture is the regular square block but the second picture is the angled version. The description also says it’s angled so which one is it?

You don't need to wash it. You can just shake off the dust and reuse it.

Thanks for asking! If the recommendation to remove a scratch from tile is to sand it out it will work. The 220 grit is a good option if the tile is not shiny/glossy because using it to remove a scratch may dull the surface in that area. I wouldn't recommend it. Depending on how deep the scratch is it many not be fixable without an epoxy coating, Otherwise you might try a 600 - 1000 grit watersand sand paper with water to polish the surface.
