Questions & Answers

Will this stick to my dash to mount an EZPass transponder? It looks like the same as the current velcro on my old car.

Asked by: EW
Yes this is the right stuff - but I would mount it to the windshield behind the rear-view mirror.

Can it be used on Glass without causing permanent damage when eventually removed?

Specifically windshields, without permanently destroying the area where it is attached. I was hoping it could be used to attach EZ Pass Transponder and/or Dashboard Camera that is removed from car daily to avoid destruction in high/low temperatures.
Asked by: StickyBusiness
yes, I have peeled this off of glass - was used to mount an ez pass.

Are these strong enough to hold window boxes on vinyl siding?

Asked by: Cin
While this tape can support up to 10 lbs, we have not tested for use on supporting window boxes to vinyl siding. Vinyl is a difficult to stick to surface as it off gasses. For this application you may want to hardware mount the window boxes. If you have further questions or concerns please connect with our support team directly at 1-800-494-3552 M-F 8am-5pm CT.
