    Yes, I believe it is..... The actual package says: fits standard garbage disposal units, stainless steel and solid rubber construction for trouble free use, finish matches Kohler faucets, compliments all Kohler and other kitchen sinks. I think that the flange is polished chrome and the rest is stainless steel...

    Mark, I will be more than glad to answer your question but you need to tell me a bit more than just the model number of a sink, the brand name would really help me. Most sinks have the same size hole for the drains which makes it easy to buy parts for them. Check out the specs on your sink and it should tell you what size drain hole is has.     All rather good with the problem we have of keeping the trap from closing when sitting in the open position. Keeping closed is good, wont let water out - in the open position the trap tends to tilt and slide into the closed position...
    Pros: Easy to Install, Good Instructions, performs okay
    Cons: trap does want to close hard to keep open

    I am very disappointed in this product. It does not seal the sink properly. Instead of having a movable 2-piece gadget in the basket which would move up and down properly and seal the sink, it has a 1-piece basket with 4 little rubber knobs at the bottom which are SUPPOSED to fit properly in the holes at the bottom of the strainer when it is lowered. It does not fit properly and does NOT seal the drain! I had a Kohler strainer previously in a former residence and it worked perfectly. This is NOT an improvement, Kohler! My wonderful contractor has installed it in my excellent Kohler Toccata double bowl sink and I will now have to buy a 2-piece strainer and pay him to come and replace the strainer with one which works properly and seals as it should.
