Product Overview
Dalton Foundation Coating #901 is a premium, cold-applied, rubberized coating for waterproofing foundations. This liquid applied asphalt coating has a durable blend of rubber and reinforcing fibers to provide a strong, flexible, waterproof seal. Dalton Foundation Coating #901 has exceptional adhesion to masonry surfaces. The addition of rubber enhances performance by filling minor cracks, improving crack resistance and increasing life expectancy. Product is black in color and we recommend using a roller to apply (You can use a 3 knot roofing brush as well).

After is cured can be painted?

AnswerAfter waiting for an answer, I did a test myself and then I applied this to all my problem areas. I used after it was cured two coats of high quality exterior paint and the result is exceptional. The paint job looks perfect and all the cracks are not showing anymore.
Can it be applied to concrete that already has some black sealer already applied

Waterproofer went on as expected, the coverage was almost twice as stated on the container. What I didn't like, as all the tar-like waterproofers do, is that after a good rain there will be tar residue in the puddles, but this is usually only once.
