I think it's silly they won't let you add to cart even if it's "in store only". I want to know the estimated price of everything I need before going and getting it!!!!

Ive used these for my raised shed to hold up the 2x6 joists. This held up with no issue as they are sturdy. This in combination with the post connectors to concrete made a solid base.

Used to build simple steps from the driveway to the side yard. I cut 3 - 36 inch pieces and screwed then to a notched 2" x 10" x 4' on each side.to make a frame. Was very easy to cut and drill. Only complaint is it wasn't dry and was quite heavy. But it looks great and once the the slate is on top it will look great.

WE WERE LOOKING FOR AN INEXPENSIVE 'DIY' WAY TO ADD LIGHTING TO THE AREA WHERE WE HAVE COOKOUTS WITH OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND THIS WAS A REALLY FAST FUN PROJECT FOR MY HUSBAND AND I. WE BOUGHT 4 OF THE 10 FOOT 4X4 TIMBERS AND BURIED EACH OF THEM 18 INCHES DEEP, 25 FEET APART IN A SQUARE SHAPE. AFTER LEVELING EACH OF THEM, WE SET THEM IN QUICK CEMENT. WE LET THEM STAND FOR ABOUT 4 HOURS AND THEN PAINTED THEM WHITE. THAT WAS VERY EASY, BECAUSE IT TOOK ONLY ABOUT 10 MINUTES EACH. WE LET THE PAINT DRY OVERNIGHT AND THE FOLLOWING DAY WE PUT SCREW EYES IN THE TOP OF EACH AND USED 1/8" CABLE TO HANG FROM ONE POST TO THE NEXT TO SUSPEND OUR STRING LIGHTS. WE LOVE THE OUTCOME, IT LOOKS AMAZING! HAVE A BLESSED DAY!

I bought 4 of these in-store last week so my review may not show up as a verified purchase. My advice for anyone looking for better quality pieces is to purchase in-store, hand pick and look in the back of the stack. Otherwise you may get pieces with big splinters, knots and even pieces with big gouges that have been sawn on. Yes, we had to shuffle through the timber but it was worth it. I just needed 4 pieces to build a DIY cinder block/lumber bench. Here's a photo of my project so far.
