The fence has been installed approximately five weeks. Some of the fence pickets are already beginning to twist and do not seem to have what it takes to stand up to the weather. I am the home owner and I hired a contractor to do the installation. The installer may have a different opinion but I am basing my comments on looks and it does not look like "Premium" quality.

Beautiful wood that creates a gorgeous fence. Shipping was almost too fast. The wood arrived very early and sat outside on pallets in a 3 day rain storm.
I was concerned that the wood would be ruined after that. But it was fine, and we had very few pieces that weren’t usable.
This wood also smells amazing!

I bought the full pallet when it was still unrated. Talk about scary. What sold me on the product was the general description AND the claim that they were KILN DRIED pickets. Having prior good experience with kiln dried wood vs allot of bad experience of buying wet wood was the primary factor in my decision to make the purchase.
In the past when buying wet cedar pickets, there were 2 basic options: 1) hang it wet and hope for the best (and watch it produce gaps, splits and destroy your good works over time); or 2) dry it out slowly over MANY weeks in small stacks that require occasional shuffling and expect to throw out up to 30% of the pickets you bought in the end. When buying wet, then drying out, and tossing out the bad boards, a person can build a much better looking fence that will last ALLOT longer. Painting is pretty much only feasible on dry boards too. Obviously that is a very time consuming, costly and work intensive way to do it.
So the prospect of buying kiln dried pickets was very enticing. Upon arrival, I found this perfectly square and well packed pallet. It was plastic wrapped and there was only a small amount of condensation on the inside of the plastic. That meant little moisture inside. And it also suggested the wood was in fact kiln dried and there would be little if any mildew. I immediately removed the plastic wrap (and later replaced it with a un-coated canvas tarpoline). I pulled out a dozen pickets and found them to be very straight, dry, hard, and very well cut. The pickets had rough surface which enhanced the grain structure inside. I was hoping for that so that whether the pickets ended being be painted or stained/sealed, they would have the character of real wood and be non reflective.
All of the pickets were covered in a heavy amount of saw dust which required allot of blowing off. Some were actually muddy and required washing with water hose. After washing those and then stacked them in between dry boards, all the washed boards remained straight after they dried again. The dog ears cuts were very consistent. I have not yet encountered any mildew in the stack. I expect not to as I work my way through the stack. In a nutshell, these pickets were very conscientiously cut, dried and stacked. I cannot understand how some came to be muddy however. That was not OK. Some of the pickets were mostly reddish in color, some were mostly whitish, and most have a mix of red and white in them. With that, I have the ability to make a fence with a lot of character.
Bottom line: superior wood at a good price equals a very good value. I am extremely happy. Just have a good air compressor handy as there is a lot of sawdust.
