You can just replace the breaker. Buying just the breaker alone is sometimes more expensive than buying the whole spa panel and discarding the enclosure. Just check current pricing. You can buy these spa panels in 50 or 60 amp.

Yes, since the MLO panel is rated at 125 amps you can just replace the breaker with a new GE Type THQL 60 amp GFCI breaker. I think you will find that a new breaker costs more than the new Midwest 60 amp spa panel so I suggest you buy the new 60 amp spa panel and remove the 60 amp GFCI breaker and install it in your existing spa panel. Save the new panel box for future use.

Any GE THQL 2 pole GFCI breaker will fit. It may be cheaper to just buy the whole spa panel. Check current pricing.

A replacement GE 60 amp GFCI breaker will cost significantly more than buying a new spa panel. Buy a new spa panel and use the GFCI breaker as a replacement in your existing Midwest spa panel. OR..........take the bad GFCI breaker to a GE distributor (not retailer like HD or Lowes) for a warranty replacement.

From what I can remember when I installed it for a customer. On the left hand side one 3/4 KO. In the middle was three sizes 3/4, 1", 1 1/2". On the right side 2 sizes 3/4", 1". If there isn't enough you have plenty of room to make your own size KO.

On the bottom of the box there is 1 - 1/2" KO; 2 concentric KOs of 1/2",3/4",1"; 1 concentric KO of 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2".

There are 3 concentric knock outs on the bottom of the enclosure as well as a possible hub location on the top. the largest KO is a 1" I believe with the other 2 going up to 3/4

You may be able to fit a seimens breaker in this panel but it is a code violation because it is not listed for a seimens breaker.

No, Midwest Electric Products is a GE company and only UL Listed for use with GE circuit breakers. To use a Siemens breaker in this disconnect would be a code violation.
