We love the look of the tile. They are exactly what we were looking for. With that being said, we did have some issues. Out of 6 cases we bought, a fair amount of tiles had imperfections. Some had a yellowish look and were definitely not white. Some also has small yellow dots or gouges. We did have enough to cover our area but if you are looking at using this tile, keep that in mind. Also, just like other reviews said, the adhesive backing is garbage. You will need to buy vinyl tile adhesive. Skip the primer they suggest as it did nothing to help and was just a waste. The adhesive we bought was the only way we could get them to stick. Its a great looking product once down and fully stuck, just not the easiest to work with.

Awful Quality
The patterns are cut uneven. We followed the directions for applying over concrete. The floor was primed just as it was supposed to be. Just don’t waste your time on these. We will be pulling these up and redoing it.

Worst ever
I have worked with peel and stick since 1973. The adhesive was terrible on this tile. They do not stick well and they do not stand by their warranty. They ask me questions and then want to know what temperature I laid them at. 72 to 74 to be sure. They are being hard to deal with and I will be sure to never use any of achim products again. I now have to take the tile up and start all over with a different product.

Not worth it
We followed all instructions exactly and did everything right. The pattern does not match up so the they look crooked. And it hasn’t even been a week and tiles are already peeling off. Don’t know if we got a bad batch or what but this is not good. Not even fit a “value price” fake tile

These tiles are cute but quality is just ok. They are slippery when wet so I definitely would not recommend in a bathroom. Some of the tiles are popping up a bit and it seem like the adhesive is almost seeping up in between tiles. I have used several types of peel and stick tiles and have never had this problem before. They are in our lake cottage so I probably won’t take the time to redo any time soon but if this was my home I would be very disappointed.

It has brown spots on every tile in the same...
It has brown spots on every tile in the same place. Looks dirty or is from glue which is NOT! We looked at extra new tiles leftover and they are the same. Dirty looking! I love the design, not the dirty design??? It is apparent even on pic you sent in email, in the lower left hand corner. Really stands out on my floor!!!!!!!

Not just for floors Love the design.. Needed an inexpensive backsplash and it worked perfect with wood glue and caulk to fill the gaps!!

I know that monitors differ but this tile is called “Retro Slate” and the color looks like a gray in the picture. Was so disappointed to open the box and see that the gray color is actually a bright blue. I may use it anyway since it’s a temp fix but the description needs to actually describe the color palette.
