Is there enough room to run 4 x 10 gauge wires (two hots, neutral and ground) through this cond...

Is there enough room to run 4 x 10 gauge wires (two hots, neutral and ground) through this conduit? The run would have two 90 deg. fittings, total length approx. 15 feet. I'm trying to created something similar to a 10/3 metal clad but using non-metallic liquid-tight conduit instead of metal clad. The Home Depot person recommended this 1/2 inch (non-metal) conduit but wondering if 1/2 is the correct size conduit for 4 x 10 gauge single wires?

You can have up to 6 #10 conductors in 1/2 flexible conduit. Six would be hard to pull. You need to use THWN-10 (Stranded) or THHN (Solid) wire. These wires have thinner insulation. If you are using flex because it will flex in use, I would recommend THWN. When in doubt check with the local City electrical inspector. You can go to home depot and buy a foot of #10 wire and cut it into 4 pieces and see how it looks in the flex. It should be OK. The 90° fittings would probably be the harder pulls.

Can I run 12-2 Romex through this to outdoor ac condenser?

You can't put NM cable through a conduit. You need to use THNN or THWN wire for that purpose. You would need to put a box on the interior of the house and a conduit to an outside box and from there to your A/C unit. I If the exterior wall is thin enough, you could just put a box on the outside of the house that projects through to the interior. You don't want the cable to be able to move and possibly fray against the rough wood opening of the pass through. There are whips made of this conduit expreslly for the purpose of connecting an A/C unit that has the wire already inside. Consider using that.

Yes, as long as the connectors used are also liquid tight.
