This AKDY flat front 30 in. under cabinet is made from stainless steel with a white finish. Its distinct shape and beautiful mesh filters make this an attractive and elegant range hood. Looking within the front of the range hood, you'll see a push button panel with multiple options, like a three-speed fan that reaches up to 58 CFM. This helps keep your air clean from any smoke that might arise from cooking. The bar light lights up the cook top for moments when cooking in dark conditions. At the bottom of the range hood are two aluminum mesh filters to keep unwanted oil particles from leaving odors and keeping your kitchen fresh. They can be easily cleaned through your dishwasher and put back with no hassle. Based on your kitchen need, choose from two vent port options and a carbon filters kit is included for ventless or ductless recirculating installation. This range hood comes with a motor wattage of 85W and an airflow efficiency of 0.68. The power cord is not included with this range hood.

A: Not responsive. I would not consider anything under 190 cfm.

looks really nice

Looks really good! The exhaust flap rattled so nad we had to remove it. The fan cage is off balance and rubbed against the housing. It finally stipped making a noise. Lights are bright and it moves a lot of air! Great look for our remodel we are doing right now. Excuse the walls.

Good value for the price. The range hood draws cooking smoke and boiling water vapor very well, provides bright task lighting and has a sleek look. Maintenance has been easy as the filters that cover the entire bottom of the unit are cleaned in the dishwasher. The reason for four stars is the noise from the fan is loud, even at the medium setting. Suggestion to buyers: Be sure to move small, black switch on underside of the unit to recirculate setting if using the ductless option. The switch was set to outside venting setting when my range hood arrived. The enclosed installation instructions didn't mention this switch between ductless or outside venting options.

I really like this vent hood. It goes perfectly with my stove and I especially love that the brand name isn't displayed. It was fairly easy to install (definitely a 2 person job), but there a lot of things you needed to punch out yourself to make the vent work (i.e. the vent portion, the portion to run wiring through). Also, the light doesn't last long - I've had mine for 2 weeks and the light has already blown. There was also a burning scent when using the bulb, now that I've replaced it with a non-halogen bulb, the light actually smokes.
