Customer service is not helpful.

Customer service is not helpful. The air plug that screws in after you inflate the tub is not attached with a tether like other spas. I called to find out the thread size do I could get a replacement plug, the plug is recessed into the tub so it is difficult to get an accurate measurement. They could not give me the answer but offered to sell me one for $15. A plastic plug for $15! Decided not to waste anymore money on it because it has several other problems including the heater and pump.

Waste of Money

Our unit had a failure of the heating unit, which they replaced and a short time later developed an air leak i cannot find! It sits deflated and unused on our deck. Barely got a months use out of it! I had built a nice tiled platform on our deck for it.

Doesn’t stay warm when you get in it cools off fast! Other than that it was easy to put up and worked ok! I would not recommend it I gave mine away after 2 times! I guess you get what you pay for cheap but not worth what I paid! The bubbler worked good

Ordered this in March 2021. The heater went out before September 2021. Still attempting to get a warranty claim started with Aleko... will keep updated on the outcome.

It was simple to set up. A child could do...

It was simple to set up. A child could do it. Fill it and let it heat up. Took about 24 hrs to heat inner earth cold water to 104 degrees. I’m not sure how I lived without it. It’s the perfect size for two medium build people!!!
