ALOA DECOR 3-Light 13" Interior Tiered Crystal Chrome Flush Mount Ceiling Lamp Glam Chandelier
The chandelier has modern styling and looks pretty. I am putting it in our dining room though you can put it in any room you wish. The crystals give it a shiny feel and chrome just adds more flair to it.
It’s easy to put up and can be done in about 45 minutes to 60 minutes if you have another pair of hands helping you.
If you are looking for a chandelier, you may very well look at it. Enjoy.

I wanted to drop a star because this chandelier has the worst directions ever. The one badly copied page is useless! I wanted to drop a star because so many of the crystals had little chips, scratches, bubbles, etc. But I can’t. The chandelier is just too pretty! So: if you are not a pro, but have put up ceiling fans, sconces, porch lights, etc, you should be able to figure out how to install this fixture. If you have not, I suggest you look at some YouTubes about lighting fixtures. What follows is my attempt to help those who expect installation instructions that are understandable. Feel free to skip ahead if you know all this stuff. Remember to always turn off the appropriate breaker before starting your work. You also need to decide if you are mounting it flush to the ceiling or will hang it. You won’t need the chain, down rod or the cover plate if you flush mount. It looks even more confusing to hang it, so I am glad that was not my plan. You’re on your own there. Hopefully, you will have a junction box in the ceiling behind the fixture you are removing. If you do not, I think you should call an electrician. I got rid of an old, rusty ‘breast’ type of fixture and was happy to find a junction box. It was slightly recessed into the ceiling, so I had to get longer screws on the chandelier’s mounting plate - the round piece with the slits. ( 5th picture) That plate attaches to the junction box by the short screws with the long screws facing down. Those screws will need to be inserted into the mounting plate to fit your fixture. Note the little silver decorative nubs on the base of the fixture. (4th Picture) Take these off and make sure that round plate with the long screws will fit into those holes. To flush mount, you will need to cut the wires to a manageable length. Just make sure you mark the hot wire first. The chandelier’s wires are not color coded like most fixtures. They are bound together in a plastic coating to be woven into the chain to be a pendant chandelier. You have to split them apart. (3rd Picture) The half marked “L” is the live wire, the hot wire, the one that you connect to the black wire in your ceiling. Mark it before cutting off the extra two feet. The other half of that wire is the neutral that you attach to your white wire. The uncoated wire is the ground that goes to the bare copper wire you probably have in the junction box. That copper wire should also go around the little green screw on the mounting plate. (Left side of 5th picture) You, of course, will need to strip off some of the plastic wire coating on those wires. If you can make sense of all that, then you can start to connect the wires. This DIY woman was able to install the fixture alone, with the help of a couple of “S” hooks (picture) to hold the chandelier base to the mounting plate while working on the wiring, otherwise you need a third hand. Match the wires as described, twist them together and twist on one of the little wire nut caps that came in the package. Wrap each wire and wire nut with electrical tape and carefully push the wiring into the junction box. Raise the fixture over the long screws hanging down and twist on the little decorative caps snugly. Voila! You have done it! Put in a bulb and turn the breaker on to see if it works. Oh, there are no bulbs, so you will have to get type CA chandelier base bulbs. I went with 40w equivalent LEDs, and they are pretty bright. Depends on what you want, but I should have gone with 25w for mine. Sorry to bore everyone who already knew how to do all of that…. Now you have the time commitment required to hang up all the 104 little crystals. I agree that starting at the bottom and working up is a very good idea. I also examined each one and wiped it down with a microfiber cloth. The many crystals with small defects were held back for the upper levels and the side that would be less obvious. There are 3 extras and I sure needed them. Three crystals had significant defects, the worst one pictured. One by one, I placed them based upon perfection or defect. It’s pretty easy, but time consuming. However, I love the way the gorgeous little chandelier looks and the cool pattern it makes on the ceiling!!!! Definitely worth the effort, no matter how I rate it with stars. If I can do it, you can. Good luck.

The Aloa Decor 3-light chrome interior 4-tiered crystal flush mount ceiling chandelier is a definite showstopper in any room. This fixture can be installed either as a flush mount or as a pendant.
The installation instructions didn't correlate with the tiny diagrams that showed how the light fixture could be installed; this took the longest time trying to figure this out. For the flush mount, I used the circular bracket to mount the light to the ceiling. I believe T-shaped mount as well as the cap goes with the pendant mount.
The 104 crystals are packed in individual bags and then placed into the slots of the styrofoam packaging; each slot has 3 crystals, so be careful when pulling them out the the styrofoam slot. Since I was careful not to drop any crystals, I don't know how break resistant they are. However, I did have 3 extra crystals just in case.
It was easier for me to insert LED candelabra lights before putting the crystals on the frame. I also found it easier to put the crystals on from the bottom (4th) tier to the top (1st) tier - my view wasn't obstructed from crystals dangling from the tier above.
