Solid. Looks great. Worked flawlessly right from the beginning. We've operated it for 50 hours without a hitch. I love the fact that you have a choice of the app or the very intuitive controls/display on the unit. There's nothing _not_ to like about the Anova Nano.

First thoughts - there's no way this lives up to...
First thoughts - there's no way this lives up to the hype. Reality? I don't think I've had a steak cooked this nicely, or as easily. You don't need to get really all that fancy with the containers or anything either. While I do wonder how long this will last, it seems like there aren't major complaints when looking online.
The app could still use improvement (the timer function doesn't seem to turn off the Anova), but overall, consider me satisfied and impressed. Thanks!

I have been hearing all kinds of great things about sous vide and finally decided it was time to try it...WOW! I have only done a couple steaks so far, but I have never made a more perfect steak! This device takes all the guess work out...you set the temp you want, put the food in and let it go!
The unit arrived packaged very well and on time...I have had this unit about 1 month, but have been researching various brands on line for several months...Anova came very highly recommended in a number of how to videos on line and in social media. I love the fact that I can put my food in the bath before I go to work and have it ready to finish off when I get off work ( a steak needs to be seared after sous viding to get the right taste...)
