Will this cut a Glass subway tile?
You might have a problem with that one. I would use a powered wet saw instead. This cutter works best when you can snap the pieces in half after you've scored the tile. Think of cutting glass. It's kinda like that.

I used it to cut 3x6 glass tiles. No issues at all, just lightly score the desired dimension and then a quick pop on the handle. Afterwards, lightly sand the sharp edges. Probable depends on the user's abilities too.
You'll have better luck with a dull pair of scissors. This thing sucks.
