Harmony Series 64,000 Grain Water Softener with Fine Mesh Resin for Iron Removal

This is my 3rd water softener. Other two were GE with top loading all in wone. This was very easy to install. I cut into the existing 3/4" pipes and used the 3/4 in. Push-to-Connect x 1 in. FIP x 24 in. Braided Stainless Steel Water Softener Connector. It slides on easily. After connecting the unit, the setup cycle takes about 1.5 hours. I was really surprised at how little salt this was going to use. They have a calculator to determine how many gallons of water you should program into the TM mode before it recharges. Miy system will only need to recharge every week even with a water hardness of 7 gpg. I'm very happy with this system and highly recommend it.

Installed one in our rental house after seeing how well it performed in our home. Rental house on well water, with lots of clear iron, which was ruining new toilets, etc with stains. As with the 1st unit, this was a complete system with the softener tank (with fine resin $$), digital control, brine tank, tubing, and a high capacity carbon cartridge pre-filter (no extra $). I added 1/2" vinyl hose to the brine overflow tank in case of an overflow, but it's optional. Works great, soft CLEAR H2O!

Bought to counteract hard H2O from our spring. Familiar with other softeners in the market, but had no experience with this brand/model. Price was good, almost too good - so I was unsure. Bought a system, installed it, been surprised how well it works. Even removes clear iron, which normally requires a lot more equipment. Was surprised to find a large cartridge filter housing included with the package, N/C. It is a nice high quality housing which uses the larger (10") standard media cartridges. A carbon filter was included. Tubing for the brine solution feed and the backwash connection are also included (though you may want to supply your own if need longer lengths, which my backwash line required). Suggest installing this filter with unions for easy future removal if needed for service or maintenance, as with any filter system. This model comes with 1" MTP connections on the bypass yoke, which fit my needs. Some systems may need 3/4" adapters, which are inexpensive and readily available at HD or other hardware/plumbing supply stores. Installation was straightforward as expected for a filter system. Setup and programming the timer control was fast and easy as well. I left everything as factory defaults, and so far not had need to change. Display is a bright, easy to read. I like usage indicator... something you had to guesstimate on older systems. Plus, brief power outages don't affect it (timer clock). Will see how this unit holds up over time; but so far I am impressed with the ease of use, and more importantly, effectiveness. I can tell salt usage is less than other systems I've used/maintained - but water is even better quality now than expected. I liked it so much that I ordered another system to replace an old system in our rental house. That water system has a well with high iron content. Will see how effective it is on removing that, but given what I've seen so far on our main system, optimistic it will work. Will recommend to my clients and associates.

The system was pretty easy to set-up. However, I have the small hose (brine fill) hose at the connector of the brine tank leaking since I hooked it up. I tried to reseal it after the initial start-up and hoped it sealed better, but I just watched the system's first real recycle and I have water all over from the brine fill hose. I tried to fix, am now contacting Aquasure to see how we fix it. Will update as I go along. The difference in the water is simply amazing. I wish I had done this back when I moved in 10 years ago.

Great system and easy to install. The only call out is get replacement tubing as the ones supplied are terrible… water shot everywhere. The system softens water well and is easy to configure.

System was easy to install. Added system when I changed the well pressure tank. Programming instructions could be better but there are good youtube videos on the product. Water was at 10 GPG and now at 2GPG.

Couldnt tell you how well it works. Replacing a 20 year old system that at least worked intermittently. The company only sent me the resin chamber; no controller head, valve assembly, or brine tank. Started the project before delivery so now I have super hard water. The Aquasure customer service was at least somwhat responsive, and I’m supposed to have the complete system in another 4 days. Lesson learned; don’t count on getting what you paid for and starting work until it’s actually in your hands.

So I have contacted so many to install a water softener in my house and they were crazy expensive, so I decided to order the AQUASRE water softener and price was not too bad actually. I have picked up the device which comes in two different boxes ( pay attention because the costumer services though it’s one box until I told them to search for the 2’nd one), I don’t have a truck but it so easy to fit them in my X1 BMW. I have looked over the user manual and it was so easy to set up, so I set it up myself, it a little heavy for me as a female but I managed to move it around. So easy to set up and then I bought 3 flex lines and some CPVC, glue valves and some elbows, and install the system myself, for real you don’t need someone to charge you $$$$$$ to install this device you can do it yourself. Now is the time to program the system, and it’s actually not very hard to do so. Overall this system don’t need a professional to set it up, anyone can do it.

Did quite a bit of research on water softeners before ordering this unit. I was able to get an accurate hardness number from our municipal water company; allowing me to dial in the regen cycle. I used the Sharkbite 1" flex lines to connect to the house plumbing. It was my first time using Sharkbite, but after watching a few youtube's; I was quite comfortable with them. In my case, I ran the discharge to a backyard hillside that needs weed control for the win.
