How to clean the water reservoir
Use a small, bendable brush (i.e. toothbrush, bottle brush, etc) and carefully clean the inside the tank until clean. Rinse clean with warm water.

WHY DOES IT SPIT WATER OUT AND MAKE THE AREA WET?
It's blowing air across a block of ice. Some of it melts and gets in the air. Also if you put ice water in it, it pumps that around into the air stream to cool the air. If you live in a dry climate you won't notice it much. I set mine on a beach towel to catch the mess.
Can ice be added to the tank to help the air be cooler?
Yes!
Where/how do I get replacement filters for the Arctic Air Evap Cooler oscillating tower? I can't find them anywhere and I've even tried calling the company directly. The only replacement filters I see available to order are for the tiny personal coolers.
