A: Some are held in by spring pressure. Just pull it out.
A: I have never seen a recessed holder without at least one mounting screw. The only other explanation could be is if it is on a spring tension. Try pulling it out. If you resort to cutting it out it will cause extreme additional work as your hole will now be larger than the replacement holder.
A: All our ARISTA recessed TP holders come with 2 mounting screws that are located behind the roll. You will need to remove your roll with roller to unscrew for removal from wall.
A: Our ARISTA Recessed TP Holder sits 1.97" D inside the wall; total depth is 3.6" from outer point of roller to back mounting plate.
A: Hi, the depth to the wall is about half an inch. About 2 1/2 to the roller. It doesn't hold mega rolls but it looks beautiful. I took a picture, hopefully that helps you out.
A: The ARISTA Recessed Toilet Paper Holder has a depth of 1.97" inside wall with a total depth of 3.6" from roller to back plate.
A: It has been awhile since I installed one, so I can't give you a specific number, but it will easily fit into a 2x4 stud wall. No special modifications or wall extensions are needed.
A: It is made of plastic, have had for over a year with no problems.
A: The roll holder was made of metal, but it was not stainless steel. It was chrome over steel.
A: Although it looks like chromed metal and hold up well, it's plastic.
A: It's chrome over something inexpensive. It's lightweight, not thick stainless steel like a sink or utensils but it's only holding a paper roll. I've had no problems with it.
