Q:Does this rice cooker have a stainless steel inner cooking pot?

A: Hello, Thank you for contacting Aroma Housewares. No the inner pot for the unit is aluminum with a nonstick coating. The exterior is what is stainless steel. Should you want one with a stainless steel inner pot we have our SimplyStainless and Nutriware line of rice cookers that will have a stainless steel inner pot. I don't recommend this product if you use it to cook rice, and to keep warm function. The inside ...

I don't recommend this product if you use it to cook rice, and to keep warm function. The inside pot(coating was off just for several usings) is so thin and hard to keep food warm like rice. Cooking is maybe okay since I didn't use it for cooking other foods, but rice. I really want to return it. Eventually, I bought a new one.
