Incredible consumer service and great product :)
I should have written this review as quickly as Artiva helped me when I emailed them... I bought this beautiful floor lamp last month and when I was putting it together, I got confused and screwed up the tub cap and the base cap. I wrote to them asking for a suggestion of how to fix my mistake and they answered me promptly and sent me replacement parts.
It is so nice to see companies that know how to balance loss and gains. Incredible consumer service and great product, worth every penny!

Small piece between pole and base is unnecessary, and can tighten much better when removed.
