if you are using perforated tubing then there are holes but it is so the water drains up. you will have to have 3/4 inch rock on the bottom and on top for water to drain into the holes. Plus a type of fabric to cover your pipe.(if you are using perforated tubing)
it should be pitched. also the perforated tubing are designed for the water to drain up and into the pipe and then carried on its way. a great place to see examples if from Chuck at Apple Drains on Y-tube
Yes, but it must be supported in some way so it will not crush. Or at least 12" deep (depending on soil or gravel type over it). Best to lay 1/2 (single hole type) cinder blocks spaced so water can run between and through it.
I would suggest gravel. Otherwise I think mud will clog up the slits in the pipe.
Yes, this pipe can be buried.
Yes, you can buy these with or without the sleeve. Alternately, you could buy a 20$ roll of landscapers fabric and wrap it yourself.
Yes you can. But make sure there's no traffic on top of the cover stones.
usually the round hole drain pipe is used
it would be fine. That's what it's made for.
This seems vey similar to the area where I used this product and if installed properly just work just fine to prevent a swamplike area.
