A: Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. In the user manual, it discusses that a door reversal is not covered under warranty, most refrigerant units are able to have a door swing. As for the delivery, that charge is considered Curbside, which means they will bring it onto your property as close to an entrance, in the driest area, without blocking a door or pathway, without having to pass a barrier (ie fence, gate etc). A: Unsure about the left hinge. Mine is definitely a right hinge model. And given my experience with the (3rd party) delivery service - the answer is no. They wouldn't even be bothered to remove the box from the pallets they dropped it on my front door with.

The refrigerator is great. A bit noisy at times (it's mostly quiet, I just happen to have set it up in my office so I often sit with it for 10 hours at a time). The only thing keeping me from giving this an excellent rating was delivery. Super unfortunate that with an appliance of this size there was no option for white glove. Even more unfortunate was the delivery driver leaving 2 wood pallets and all debris for me to need to dispose of. Exact opposite of white glove, AND I had to haul around a 300+lb box and appliance on my own. If you don't own a dolly or very, very strong friends - buyer beware.
