Love this and fantastic Customer Service
This fountain looks amazing in my backyard and is the center point to my rock/water garden. I needed to cover up an area where a pool filter, heater once sat and this did the job perfectly. It gets a lot of attention when people visit. I have other Alpine fountains also and highly recommend this company. Their fountains really are the best and it has totally met my expectations.

Just beautiful!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this waterfall fountain! I have this outside in the fromnt of my home and it is just a wonderful addition to my outside decor! It's very high quality and the ligts just makes it look so cool, even more so at night. It was very easy to set up and worked right away after adding the water, I had no issues with the pump or lights at all. Also it's not very loud as I thought it was going to be, so you can just enjoy the sounds of the waterfall which is very nice. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful fountain!
We had bought a different model a couple months before and took it back. It was splashing half the water out every 2-3 days even with the pump turned to low. However, we are ecstatic with this model! There is very minimal splashing with this design. Absolutely love this fountain!

A Beautiful Fountain
The fountain was shipped perfectly. It was carefully packed in Styrofoam. The clear and simple directions were printed in a nice folder, with pictures, arrows and a help phone number ( which we did not need). The 90 pound carton arrived on a Thursday afternoon. My 86 year old husband had it placed and working Friday morning !
The fountain is just beautiful. The lights are so pretty at night. It sits just above a screened porch. We've planted short bright flowers and hummingbird feeders around the fountain. It makes a great summer vacation spot for a pair in our 80's!

There is a seam where the lower portion (rocks) connects...
There is a seam where the lower portion (rocks) connects to the upper portion (logs) and the one that I received leaks at this seam. I have tried to seal it with caulk and will see if that fixes it.
