looks and sound great if you get a good one
1st one i received about 3 weeks ago, leaked and had a couple places the otter shell was flaking off. Returned.
2nd one i received today, was missing one of the LED connector seals, and one of the LEDs does not work.
The fountain looks and sounds great. The 2nd one i got at least doesn't leak, But missing the LED cap may cause the GFI to trip at some future time. Still trying to decide weather or not to try a third one.

LED light went out
Fountain looks good but when i bought it one of the led was not working and got it replaced under warranty and after one month another light went out.
Other than that fountain looks good and sounds of water flowing is pleasing.

Neat Look and Relaxing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were finally able to get this put up and get it going this past weekend! I am so glad we did! It makes a nice addition to a vert plain and boring to the front area of our home. Something like this makes it look so nice! The sound is awesome too as we can hear it while sitting outside. This was SUPER easy to put together or should I say it comes together already. All we had to do was take it out of the box and plug in the cords (2 of them) and put on the back cover piece. Then we filled with water and plugged in! The LED lights look awesome at night as well! It was as easy as that! Look forward to many relaxing nights.

Bought this about a month ago, comes all in one piece so easy to set up. Lights are bright white and have a separate cord so you can plug it into a remote switch. Only complaint so far is a little bit of the paint came off already from the fountain bowl

Disappointed in reservoir capacity
Nice looking fountain but in my actual experience this waterfall fountain is made for interior use or if placed outside as I did mine you must place in a protected area away from any wind. The reservoir does not hold much water so on a windy day the wind will blow away the water as it comes cascading down. If I had I paid attention and noticed that the reservoir held so little water I would not have purchased. I have only had the waterfall a couple of weeks and on at least 2 occasions I have had to unplug the unit on windy days to avoid the fountain running dry and ruining the pump.
