This product does basically what it is supposed to do. The pros: 1) It is light weight for transporting around. 2) It does have light intensity levels and color control for best illumination. 3) The ring light does reduce shadows significantly. The cons: 1) The stand is so light that it is flimsy and easily moved around if you are in a breezy area. Tightening it really well (like you would a camera tripod) seems to crush the legs. I stopped because I was afraid I would damage the stand. 2) The stand does not have a connected base of the leg braces. If you try to get a little more height, it pulls out altogether, disabling the stand. See photo. 3) It does not come with batteries or a power brick assuming you already have USB power where you need it . 4) The instructions miss one really easy point, making it much more cumbersome to assemble. a) Assemble all of the top pieces first, including the ball joint. b) Loosen the ball joint to quickly twist the top section onto the base, then tighten the joint. c) Doing this eliminates the cumbersome spinning around of the components and loose wire onto the stand. Lightweight, easy to use, but the tripod is not sturdy at all. Had my phone on it for a minute to try to use and the whole thing toppled over. The actual ring light isn’t bad, lights up nicely with ability to dim or brighten as necessary. The tripod is just flimsy lightweight aluminum with pitiful legs. I would recommend this for a quick cheap solution, but not recommended for regular use.

This adjustable, 67.5 in. LED Selfie Ring is a versatile light. It has adjustable height to 67.5 inches and has an adapter slot in the bottom portion of the ring for a 1/4 inch attachment for a camera in the middle of the ring. The ring has 3 LED light colors, white, cool white and warm white with each color has approximately 10 brightness settings. The 2 problems i see with this light are, it feels flimsy and it only has a USB plug for power. You can use a USB plug adapter but there isn't one included. Neither of these 2 issues take away from the light itself and if you are careful with it, the tripod will be ok.

This tripod light has actually been really useful. I use it for filming content and usually film at night. This helps me get much better lighting and make it not look like I’m filming at night. It has a wide base, really light weight, super adjustable height, the light has a lot of different settings you can dial in which is nice. It can also pivot downwards, so if you are filming a pov thing you can still have the light. It plugs in to usb so the best trick I have found is using a portable power bank for power.

The selfie ring light is good. It does what it is supposed to do. However, I would think that there would be some type of internal power source. There wasn't and that's okay. The usb didn't come with a charging brick. Also the cord isn't that long and requires a specific setup near a power source. Lastly, the joint knobs while big and nice, do hit each other. Which can be not the greatest. I do love the brightness and the temperature settings. The selfie light is easy to operate. It's sturdy enough but I wish the base was weighted as it is top heavy and will be carrying expensive equipment. Its expands to 67.5 inches which is greatly appreciated because I am on the tall side. You may have to adjust if you have a pop socket on your phone.

It doesn’t run off electricity, but rather, it is a USB cable that attaches to a computer, which makes it convenient and safe. Great concept for inexpensive lighting.

This LED Selfie Light Pro ring light is mostly designed for taking video or pictures of yourself and providing light from the ring to around your face. In the right setup it can be useful, it has a few levels of brightness and 3 different color temperatures. It is powered by USB and does not include a power adapter so you have to use one from a charger or buy one separately. The design is lightweight and is on the extreme low end of product quality. It is cheaply made and feels like it will break easy if you over tighten anything or put any kind of pressure on it at all. The feet are also a bad design they scrape the floor instead of sitting flush with a protective coating. I dont think this product can be any more cheaply made. The goos side is that it has 3 different color temps and puts out a good amount of light, maybe too much light if you are up close and dont have room to set it further back. Also I am not sure how you would achieve the maximum advertised height without risk of it falling over if slightly bumped.

I got the Alsy 67.5 in. Black Contemporary 3CCT Integrated LED Selfie Ring Light Tripod with Adjustable Height and Smart Phone Holder for an easier and quicker way to do Zoom interviews and take promotion pictures of myself with products compared to setting up my office with lights, a green screen, etc. The package arrived in bad shape, but the items and all parts and pieces were intact. My first impression is that it's very lightweight and a non-professional piece of equipment. I would recommend it for beginners. It's easy to put together and the instructions were easy to follow, but please do follow the instructions because you may miss certain steps that are important in getting the setup to work properly. The control is easy to use. I love the light options, which range from Cool White, Daytime, and Bright White. The phone holder component is a little flimsy. I would not recommend using this item outside if there's a wind for example. The tripod legs aren't that weighty and the whole thing is easily topped over, so make sure you're using it on a floor clear of items. If a dog ran into or bumped this while you were using it for example, it would likely topple over. Overall, this item works great if the user is careful. Compared to other items of the same type, this one ranks a little lower in my opinion and experience. I keep it set up in my office and reach for it when I need it, so it's definitely convenient.

The 67.5" Alsy LED Selfie Light Pro is a GREAT product! The structure is very sturdy and made of metal components that make it very secure while standing alone on the tripod legs. This ring light extends from 34.5" all the way out to 67.5" which is perfect for desktop use of standing while recording your social media posts, podcasts and or other projects. The cord is very long compared to most other ring lights that I've had in my possession over the years and the inline control switch appears to be of quality and not something cheap that will possibly break later. The option to have a white light, a natural or warm light with dimming capabilities is a plus which ranges from 3000k brightness to a total of 6500K which conquers any situation rather it's a zoom meeting or fun videos as this product also has a phone holder! The option to have the phone held by the selfie light is a bonus while not having to have another tripod or mount to hold your phone separately. My only concern with is not that big of a deal but I wish the plastic leg locks were metal. These quick flip locks are good but could possibly break depending on use consistency over time. Other than that, this black contemporary 3CCT intergrated LED selfie ring is great! I definitely recommend it!
