One of the easiest sink installations I've ever done. Almost everything needed comes with this all- in- one kitchen sink. We needed to replace an old almond colored standard 22" x 33" kitchen sink. The sink arrived in perfect condition and was packaged very well. The removal of the old sink out and installation of the new beautiful stainless sink took less than an hour. The sink came with drains and a really nice faucet. Only minor challenge was getting to a rear sink clamp due to tight space. We also replaced the old 1/2" to 3/8" hot and cold hoses going from shut off values to the new sink fixture (highly recommended). We also replaced the old drain trap pipes (found our local Home Depot). The new sink is beautiful and transformed the whole kitchen to look more modern.

I installed the American Standard Colony Pro sink to replace an old cast iron sink in my home. The sink was easy to install with all the anchors provided. The single lever faucets came with the stainless steel water extension line to connect directly to the shut off valves. The faucet works perfectly and provides water pressure as needed. It took longer to get the old sink out than to install the new one. The design of the sink looks professional.

For the money, this is one of the best sink & faucet combinations out there. The sink is 2--Gauge stainless and has a very nice look to it. The sink shape and finish are very pleasing to the eye. The faucet quality is better than I expected. This is not a fancy removable spray head, just a simple low-arc faucet that is very well built. I did notice some play at the faucet base and the eustaceon plate. There are two phillips head screws holding the two pieces together - be sure to tighten these before assenbly. Acutally, you might want to put some Blue Locktite on the screw threads. This is a COMPLETE kit, including the sink, sink mounting hardware, both strainer bowls, and the faucet. For the money, this is an excellent kit. It could be better. Six inich sink depth is ok, I would like to see options for a 7-inch, and 8-inch deep version. The included faucet has a fixed eustacheon plate...so if I'm building a custom kit, why not use a single hole sink and a single hole mouont? There is no need for a three hole mount or sink in this case. Personally, I like a single hole faucet mount with a sink centered (or corner) hole for a soap dispenser. All-in-all you really can't go wrong with this setup.

This is a great sink and has been my go to sink for our properties. It's definitely a 15+ year sink. We put it in our single family and multi family homes. It has a good gauge that's not too thick(expensive) and not too thin, where it can bend and dent. The faucet seems to be of good quality, but it's the first time I've noticed the attached supply lines are plastic under the steel braided versus the traditional black rubber. In my picture, you can see that it's clear. I hope it's an improvement, not just a cost reduction for the manufacturer. You can't replace built in supply lines, so I hope it lasts a long time. Otherwise, the faucet is very well built. I replace maybe 8-10 faucets a year and this is one of the heavier ones. I like how the faucet is secured to the sink/counter. It doesn't use that thing "screw and nut" that's all metal and can get corroded. Many faucets still don't come with built in supply lines so you have to spend about $12-15 to get a pair, but with those you can change out every 5-10 years. It also comes with two drain kits, which would cost you $20-40 if you bought it separately(you would need at least one and your garbage disposal would come with the other) but that saves you money and time.

This is an impressive drop-in, stainless steel, three hole, two bowl, sink kit, from its stunning good looks to its ease of installation. It includes a top-notch, super easy to install, stainless steel, single-control faucet and drain hardware for both sinks. It also includes mounting hardware (the good kind). It has sprayed-on insulation, on the underside, to keep things quiet and to aid in preventing condensation. It measures 33" x 22" x 6" and each bowl is 14" x 16" x 6". It is a top mount design so you literally just drop it in and secure it with the included hardware. There is a full sized template included it you have to cut the hole, but we were replacing an older sink so we didn't need it. The 20-gauge stainless is middle-of-the-road in thickness making it thick enough that you don't have to worry about dents from dropped pots and pans. It is always a trade-off when discussing thickness. Thinner gauge generally means less expensive. Also, the thinner it is, the lighter it is, making it easier to move around and put in place. However, thinner is flimsier and more easily dented. This sink is a good compromise. This really was simple to install. It truly is an all-in-one kit. It took me less than two hours to install and that included a trip to the hardware store to pick up some plumbing parts that I decided to replace. I'm very impressed with how easy it was to install and how good it looks in our kitchen.

Sturdy, beautiful, and looks like it will last for a while (no matter what the tenants do). Comes with a faucet and strainers in package already, but you can also throw those away and put fancier ones in (I did!).
