(What's this)
Did not provide any decent flow. Not fully chrome, too much plastic. I cannot recommend this product. I have reviewed over 250 products, and installed over 500 products, and this ranks as a bottom 5 product in my experience. I am frankly confused by all the 5 star reviews. If I could give zero stars, I would. Let me tell you why. 1) This is not fully chrome. The actual working end sprayer is 100% plastic. I have pictures to prove it. Look at them. I am disappointed that American Standard calls it "chrome." Yes, the faucet and spout is brass that is chromed, but the sprayer is all 100% cheap plastic. 2) The flow rate is terrible and unusable. I could not get enough flow to wash a plate. Terrible. 3) There is no way to wash out debris from the supply line. I think much of my flow problem is from my supply line. However, unlike most faucets, there are no instructions provided to flush the system. There is no removable aerator which is how one usually removes flush debris. How do you flush the system? I eventually found a way to disconnect the sprayer hose from the supply, and found debris in the system. Was it from my supply or just in the faucet? I'll never know because this was not part of the instructions. 4) Which brings me to the instructions. What instructions? The "instructions" were a few sheets of paper that were poorly printed with incomplete instructions. Basically, there were no useful instructions. 5) Material quality. Terrible. Much of the faucet was some mystery material covered in some sort of thin chrome. The actual sprayer end was all plastic with chrome paint. No way this will hold up. I could go on, but frankly, I'm shocked beyond belief. I cannot believe that American Standard would support this product. I have a "Colony" laundry utility faucet I got a few months ago and it is a wonderful appliance, that is nothing like the junk quality of this one. I also have multiple toilets and other appliances by this company. I'm shocked, shocked, shocked by the terrible quality of the kitchen faucet. There is no way I would recommend this on any basis. The flow is poor. The materials are poor. The instructions are lacking. The price is expensive. Look elsewhere for a product that has actual metal in it and has an aerator you can flush and remove. My friend has a Moen which looks a lot like this, but is a so much better in quality. What happened here? I have no idea, but it looks like the cost cutters took control. The actual faucet is Made in Mexico, but that really doesn't matter. It was designed somewhere that cost control was the only thing that mattered. Not quality, not anything else. And it shows. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I'm disappointed and saddened by this experience with what used to be one of my favorite brands. By the way: I could not use the product and ended up re-installing my 8 year old Delta, which is fine and working great. I had hoped to clean out the debris and donate this to Habitat to Humanity. However, I still could not get it to clean after disassembly and decided to junk this product. Some of my photos prove how cheaply this is made. I've never been so profoundly disappointed by a favorite brand.

(What's this)
The Colony Pro single-handle pull down kitchen faucet offers an excellent value and looks and feels like a high-end (expensive) fixture. The chrome finish is consistent and of good quality. The handle and water flow is very linear and predictable. The pull-out sprayer pulls operates very smooth and offers a fine narrow and wide spray patterns. Easy installation with great instructions and fits single hole or 3 hole sinks. Overall, the Colony Pro kitchen faucet is a great value and looks great!

(What's this)
My kitchen needed a faucet bad. I really like how this one came out. It worked out great in my kitchen. I needed to replace it and this one was part of what I wanted. I like that it has the extension through the handle part. And it has a pause button and it can change the type of flow. I prefer the stronger flow type in comparison to the regular flow type.

Poor quality parts
Customer review from americanstandard-us.com logo
I bought this recently. The brushed finish is very pretty. The goose neck design is very attractive. However, the quality of the constituent parts leaves something to be desired. The cold and hot feed lines are so flimsy that they bend and kink unless they are hanging perfectly vertically. In the tight space I have to work in and connect to the house lines there is not enough room for the American Standard lines to hang straight. I thought I had it assembled so that the Colony Pro lines would bend in a smooth arc, but when I looked back later they had both bent and kinked under their own weight. In addition, the washers in the feed lines fittings are just flat rubber; inappropriate for a compression fitting application.

Satisfied loyal customer!
Customer review from americanstandard-us.com logo
This faucet performs exceptionally well. We've worked it hard for over a year and it has held up better than expected. Works as flawlessly and looks as great as the day it was installed. Also, American Standards customer service is absolutely 1st rate, as this faucet is a replacement for a discontinued faucet. I highly recommend the product and the company.

All is great except...
Customer review from americanstandard.ca logo
The lever for pressure and temperature was clicking when moving from cold to hot (not smooth at all). But more recently has become stuck and not able to go to fully hot. The range is now full cold to warm, I can no longer move it to hot. I tried to remove the handle to adjust but I can not even remove the screw under the temperature guide on the lever.

I should have paid more attention and realized how tall the faucet is. It could be shorter by a couple of inches and still do the job. We like the way they spray pulls out and is so flexible.
