Asked by AllOver June 19, 2019Yes, I do have the same problem - I believe you are correct - if the spout were a little longer and projected into the sink basin farther, there would be less splash. I just make certain that I either use just the regular flow and not the spray or turn the flow down as you suggest. To me this is something I've worked around because I wanted to have the 2.2GPM flow level.
What is the angle for the head, i.e. how far off plumb is it?

Does the facet and sprayer stay locked into position. If you don’t want it to move how does it stay in place

how do you change or flush cartridge?
Asked by bobz February 18, 2019You would need to remove the handle using an allen wrench, then unscrew the escutcheon cap. Then you can remove the three screws holding the cartridge in place. Sincerely American Standard technical team.
