My order came 2 days earlier than promised..nice surprise. Good communication re: time of delivery. Very happy with this compact toilet and so much better in height than my old very low-sitting toilet. No concerns with 1.28 GPF flush, it's a powerful flush and takes care of business. Looks great in bone, matching my bathroom perfectly. My plumber installed easily without any problems. Very happy and satisfied with my purchase!

Not "white"
I have American Standard (AS) toilets in my home and never gave it a thought when I ordered 2 of these on-line for a family member during COVID. I recently visited her house and was disappointed to see that the toilets looked "creamy" in color. I contacted AS and was sent samples of their 3 colors and sure enough, the tile they call "white" matches the toilets. Great toilets otherwise, but not a typical "true" white color. Be aware of this if details matter in your decor.

The cover of the Toilet Tank is defective
I waited 3 weeks to have it delivery to the local Home Depot. My plumber took it out of the box Friday installed it perfectly ,we put the cover on the Tank notices there were two chips on the cover. Called Home Depot and they reached out to America Standard and no one answer . Now I installed one and the other is still in the box. I am so mad at American Standard's poor quality control I am going to return both. I spent over $430 for each toilet . you would expect a better quality.

Saves Water!
I bought three of these Cadet 3 One Piece toilets. Our old toilets used 4 gallons of water per flush, and living in Colorado, that's not very water wise. These are very nice toilets, and easy to install.

Great product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet is as good they come. It does what it is supposed to do every time. The water pattern in the bowl is wide which helps keep the bowl surface clean. The flush action is quick and efficient. No need to flush more than once. It is definitely a water saver. Installation was easily done.
