EverClean 60 in. x 32 in. Reversible Drain Whirlpool Tub in White

I have had three jetted tubs over the years from cheap Nova brand then Jacuzzi, and finally American Standard. I will compare features from time to time to let you know the pros and cons of each. First the use. This jetted tub has good but not overbearing jet flow. Seems very even feeling on all jets. Big plus over Nova as it had too much pressure on the feet. The Jacuzzi brand was more even but the two jets on the back were too high up causing the water to spray out onto the wall unless you were in it. This American Standard tub's jets are just right with no surprises. Each jet can independently be adjusted for pressure! A+. Now onto installation. The Jacuzzi brand excelled here. It had large rubber on the bottom that self leveled. This made it easy to build the tub support frame, drop in the tub. On the this American Standard they tell you to install the tub and mark the studs, pull the tub and then add your support wood framing. Well this is near impossible in my bathroom to do. Something to think about. Now onto my WARNING! Do NOT put a stepstool in this tub! I did and punched two holes right through. This tub is much thinner than any I had before. If you have to do any tile work figure out a better solution. I have attached a picture with a drop light laying inside the tub and took the picture from the pump access. You can see the light coming through. That is thin! Ok for bathing, but not for step stools. Customer service is where American Standard shines over the rest. Jacuzzi's customer service was the worst. The most expensive tub and worst customer service. I have called American Standard customer service twice and both time Top Notch, A+ response. One of the nicest feature on this tub is the overflow drain. It is right at the top allowing you to fill the tub higher than others. Makes for a much nicer soak. Love it! Overall I like this American Standard jetted tub over the others. I can recommend it. When it is all done, the most important thing is enjoyment and feel of the soak. By far the BEST. I would highly recommend the heater kit. On my last two tubs I did not put them in. I figured I had a big hot water heater, don't need it. Well let me tell you what I found out. I had purchased this tub along with the heater and found it amazing! No longer do I have to add hot water during a long soak. Keeps the temp perfect! I hope you find this review helpful.

A really nice, bucket-list, stuck-at-home-covid-inspired addition to our home. My handled the wiring but otherwise, it was a diy project that really turned out well. Honestly, I think everyone should have one of these--the world would be an even better place!

I had a contractor install the tub. New electric was run forvthe pump and heater. I highly recommend the heater, don't skimp and not buy it, you will regret it. Once installed I find my family really enjoys it. 2 hour whirlpool baths are not uncommon now. My biggest grip is that the jets on one side of the tub are definitely stronger than the other. I just let it go like that instead of balancing the strong jet down to match the weaker side.

This tub is deeper than most and includes six standard adjustable jets and two foot jets. Mounts either direction since it has no sides. Front tiling of the tub is required during installation. Be sure to include a door for future servicing of the whirlpool jets. Pleasant color tone that looks easy to clean with softly textured bottom to help prevent slipping. Simple plug in that requires a 110 volt GFCI. Does not include drain. Extremely well packed for shipping, arrived in perfect condition.

Better than I thought for the price.
