A: Cannot adjust water temperature, that has ti be done at your water heater. Pressurized can be reduced by adjust the flow at the shut off under the sink.
A: Water temperature is controlled by a knob on the hot water tank. Don't know if water pressure can be controlled by the user.

A: Check to see if the weight that is used to pull down the hose is hitting something under the sink. The weight must be free of obstructions in order to pull the hose back down and retract the spray head.
