Ordered this online and it arrived at the store promptly. Unfortunately it didn't come with mounting bolts or seal. So I had to purchase those since they always rust. This toilet also costs more than many toilets out there. Hence the 4 star review. However, we are very pleased with it. It is well made, the dual flush works GREAT, have never needed a double flush for solids, and the lower flush is very good too. The buttons feel good and the labels are easy to tell which button is which. Lastly, this toilet is not at all loud, as some toilets are. No jet engine effect. I am happy with the purchase and recommend this dual flush for anyone wanting to save some water.

Great toilet!
This was an excellent choice. It flushes without issue. Great toilet! Also saves water but does not diminish its function!

Saving water in style
Just had this installed in a new bathroom and we love it. It's an attractive toilet (as much as toilets can be) and I love saving .6 gallons with every "light" flush (or liquid flush? Not sure what to call it). Bought the American Standard Cadet slow-close lid and it fits perfectly. Very happy with this in the first few weeks of use.

great toilet, but?
worked great for the first month, then started leaking and the tank keep filling 4 times a night. was going to replace the valve since it was easier than exchanging the toilet, found the parts replacement sticker came unglued and was stuck in the seat. removed it and now works great again. needs to use better glue or find another place to put it.

Nice
The buttons are easy to use right on top and also look nice. Love to save water and be able to make the decision how much of it to use. It really is nice looking for a toilet. I like it. very happy with purchase.

Comode happy
The assembly and installation was easy and completed quickly. It workes effectively and efficiently. This comode will absolutely save water usage and money on water bills. It was impressive in appearance and operation. It also upgraded the appearance of an older bathroom. I am very happy to have the product in my home.

You're Gonna Love This Toilet !
We've been using this toilet for over a month now and are very pleased with its performance. It uses only 1.0 gallon per flush for most waste. Only rarely do we need to use the 1.6 gallon button. The bowl also stays much cleaner than the old toilet, as the porcelain finish in the bowl is very smooth. The flush buttons are located on the tank lid. To flush, just press the button and hold for a count of two. The tank is smaller than the old toilet tank, and sits about 3"-4" below the counter top of the vanity. It takes a little bit to get used to the smaller tank footprint, but does make the space seem a little larger. The only con I can think of is our magazines need to find another home....

Great toilet!
I was surprised at how easy it was to install this toilet! It only took about 30 minutes to take the old one out and replace it with this new one! It was SO simple a woman could do it (but it's heavy!)! Highly recommended to those who want a toile that is easy to install, saves on water, and stylish looking! I am loving the dual flush function!

Works great! We are ordering a second one.
We installed the first one in February 2014 (replacing a 20+ year old toilet). Husband had no issues installing it and it works great. We are on a well (and live in a drought area) so we are very happy to have a toilet that uses a lot less water and is reliable. Now it is time to replace the toilet in the other bathroom with the identical toilet.
The one thing that took a little while getting used to was the two push buttons on the top. We find that we mostly can use the lowest water usage button.
