      Move on...
Got 2 of these nearly 2 years ago. You have to babysit the tank to ensure the water stops running. I do not have time for this! The tank is equipped with 2 flappers & the chain gets tangled and then it runs and runs because if the chain is tangled, which is just about every use, one of the flappers will not close. Today, it ran for 5 hours. One month, my water bill was close to $500! Both toilets do the same thing and then there's this pumping noise. This deserves 0 stars! I'm broke & fed up!

        The worst toilet design
I have happily owned other AS toilets purchased at Home Depot for 30 years (Champion 4, Cadet 3). This toilet with 2 flappers made of silicone is the worst design ever! They either leak and run, making the water fill the tank and waste water, increasing my water bill or does not flush properly and just spins. Adjusted the teeter bar, cleaned the flappers and assembly for algae or sediment buildup and inspected for cracks. Nothing helps this toilet that is months old.

          More manufacturing defects
Seems to be common in these reviews that there are defects in the manufacturing, and this is another one. I always dry fit to make sure I've got everything lined up before I commit to the wax ring. Glad I did with this toilet. Had a front to back wobble of about 1/4" without the wax in. Floor is flat, but the bottom of the bowl was not. Holding a straight edge along the bottom where the bowl was smoothed out to contact the floor had a gap towards the front.

            Toilet upgrade
I bought this toilet to update a bathroom. The installation process was pretty simple and the directions were straightforward. Even though it came with a wax ring, I opted to use a rubber toilet seal instead of the wax ring. I'm very satisfied with this toilet and will definitely be ordering more.

              Good Flushing!
I first saw this toilet in action at a friend's home and was very impressed. The bowl action was very strong, and it wiped the bowl clean with one flush. It wasn't 2 months later that one of my toilets malfunctioned (actually broke and leaked!), so that was my chance to replace it with this baby. Sometimes I just flush it to watch it in action.

              Purchased the Optum Vormax
Installed the toilet yesterday. The toilet was packed well, easy to get out of the box. I took my time to install it, however it doesn't take too long at all. This can be a one person job. I also bought the fluidmaster waxless gasket so if I need to, I can remove the toilet for floor replacement later. Overall happy with the toilet, no leaks at all, though time will tell how it holds up. I usually recheck the bolts after a week and slightly tighten if needed. A bit overpriced.

                Great Toilet BUT......
This is a great toilet. Flushes clean as expected but certainly surprised me when my wife gave her stamp of approval on the flush!!! Had power flush before but it was too noisy. I have installed ACA toilets for over 20 years. Install went very well but pay attention here....Two issues. First, don't use the wax seal they give you. 90% of toilet leaks are due to bad wax seals or part of the seal goes down the drain when setting the toilet causing poor flushes. I strongly recommend the use of SaniSeal (the waxless toilet gasket). I never had one fail and it moves with the toilet as needed. It can't fall down the "hole". Sit on the toilet to compress the seal and tighten the nuts slowly allowing about a minute between tightenings. Eventually, the toilet will meet the floor. If your floor is level (always check), good. If not, use plastic toilet shims at the front of the toilet to level it out. Second, watch out for the toilet seat. Under the lid are two rectangular styrofoam spacers. Remove them BEFORE installing the seat or they can come loose and be flushed down the "hole" and clog your soil pipe. Yes, that happened to me but the SaniSeal is reusable so I didn't get too upset!

Manufacturing defect - Poor quality control
2 failed toilets. Water coming from under the front of the bowl not near the wax ring. Used food coloring in bowl to find leak. The leak in the area where the jet of water from the tank is forcing water down the drain to create the siphon.

Check carefully - Quality control is abysmal!!
I fully installed a VorMax before realizing the glazing had a defect in the bottom of the bowl. The 1st replacement had a defect near the TOP of the bowl (photo). The 2nd replacement came w/out mounting screws. Wife loves look & functionality. We'll see.
