Leaking flapper
The originals lasted about 4 years.. They were replaced due to leakage caused by the flapper taking a set that was not flat. Quite simple to replace.

This will make the 2nd time I have replaced a...
This will make the 2nd time I have replaced a flapper. There are 2 inside of this toilet and have had to replace each one and have the toilet for a little less then 3 years. Not sure if there is a flaw in the way the flapper is made but now that both have been replaced maybe they will last longer then the originals.
